EPDM-TBD reactive rubber self-adhesive waterproofing membrane (hereinafter referred to as EPDM-TBD self-adhesive membrane) is a high-strength and weldable new type of EPDM self-adhesive waterproofing membrane that our company adopts independent cutting-edge technology and new process equipment. Before the EPDM membrane is extruded, the (SD-JH) technology is used to directly polymerize with the ethylene propylene rubber surface and isobutene tackifying material and extrudes with isolation film. EPDM-TBD self-adhesive waterproofing membrane extrusion is the first at home and abroad, self-adhesive layer with high strength of the pressure sensitive and reactive, can form a sucker effect with the cast-in-place concrete base and form a chemical bond with the reaction of inorganic substances in concrete, and concrete "skin type" full sticky effect. 5. adaptation range

6. construction process
According to the project and construction site, the EPDM-TBD self-adhesive coil can be pre-laid anti-adhesive method, dry laying and wet laying construction methods.
1. Pre-laying and anti-sticking method:Concrete base plate suitable for underground works. During construction, the coil is laid empty (or partially bonded and fixed) on the base layer, with the self-adhesive layer facing upward.
Construction process:
Base layer cleaning → node part strengthening treatment → pre-laying self-adhesive coil → overlapping coil → node sealing welding → removing the separation film on the coil surface and sprinkling cement powder → protective layer.
2. Dry paving method:Suitable for foundations, basement roof panels or exposed roof panels. The base surface of the concrete structure is coated with the base treatment agent (both aqueous and oily). After the base treatment agent is dried, the self-adhesive coil can be paved.
Construction process:
Base cleaning → base surface treatment agent painting → detail node treatment → large surface paving, roll bonding-lap roll bonding → local lap welding → protective layer (Note: protective layer is not required for exposed roof)
3. Wet laying method:It is suitable for the foundation, basement roof or exposed roof panel in poor conditions, and can be constructed by wet paving method, which can be used to scrape the cement mortar on the base surface and then spread the waterproof coiled material.
Construction process:
Base course cleaning → configuration of cement slurry → detailed node treatment → pre-laying of coiled material → scraping of cement slurry → laying of coiled material while tearing the film → large surface exhaust, roll pressure bonding → lap bonding compaction → lap edge sealing and welding treatment → protective layer.
