Since the 12th Five Year Plan, the state has issued a series of relevant policies on "energy conservation, emission reduction, green and environmental protection". With the increase of air pollution and "haze" weather, the state has raised environmental treatment to the height of national development strategy, and accelerated the intensity and pace of environmental governance. Therefore, for asphalt waterproofing membrane production enterprises, no matter from the perspective of enterprise development, or the implementation of relevant national policies, the installation of "asphalt membrane flue gas purification environmental protection device" is imperative. Building Materials Research Institute of China Academy of Building Research and Hongyuan Waterproof Technology Center of Jianyan, through the detection and analysis of flue gas components emitted from domestic asphalt coil production equipment and production process, combined with the principle and method of asphalt flue gas treatment in large petrochemical enterprises, successfully developed the "flue gas purification and environmental protection device for asphalt coil production". At present, cooperation demonstration projects have been established with many enterprises. The successful development of "the latest continuous production of polyurethane waterproof coating production line", break through the traditional polyurethane waterproof coating intermittent production process, fundamentally solve the traditional intermittent production of "a can of one quality", workers poor working environment, high energy consumption, serious pollution and other drawbacks.
