Product Introduction
Polymer self-adhesive film (non-asphalt-based) waterproofing membrane is specially developed for underground and tunnel engineering, which can form a strong anti-bonding waterproofing membrane with post-pouring concrete structure. The coiled material is a polymer self-adhesive waterproof coiled material with resin polymer (EVA, LDPE, HDPE, ECB, etc.) sheet as the main waterproof material and self-adhesive film on the polymer waterproof substrate. The coil self-adhesive layer and the protective layer against environmental changes have self-healing function. After reacting and consolidating with the liquid concrete slurry, the waterproof layer is formed with the concrete structure without gaps, which prevents the hidden danger of water channeling and can effectively provide the reliability of the waterproof system.

1. Unique formula, non-asphalt-based reactive pre-laid polymer self-adhesive membrane waterproofing membrane is made of non-asphalt-based self-adhesive compound and polymer sheet.
2. Polymer self-adhesive film (non-asphalt-based) waterproofing membrane has unique bonding properties, and the peel strength is 2-3 times that of ordinary self-adhesive membrane.
3. High tear resistance, waterproof impermeability, strong hydrolysis resistance.
4. Low temperature flexibility is good, and it can maintain good flexibility when thrown at low temperature of -30 ℃.
5. It is suitable for the pre-paved anti-stick waterproof project of underground and tunnel engineering, and has the impact resistance of the concrete pouring concrete without the need for the protective layer to be directly bound after the construction of the waterproof layer is completed.

Precautions
It is strictly prohibited to construct in rain, ice and snow days and windy weather above grade 5 (outside the construction of tunnels and caverns), and the ambient temperature for the construction and bonding of self-adhesive film coils should not be lower than 5 ℃.
During transportation and storage, products of different types and specifications shall be stacked separately and shall not be mixed.
The temperature to be avoided shall not be higher than 45 ℃, and the stacking height shall not exceed five layers during square storage of coiled materials.
Prevent tilting or pressure measurement during transportation, and cover with felt cloth if necessary.
Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the product storage period shall be at least one year from the date of production.
